The IT department is built around cross-functional, lean / agile teams with great freedom of action. They focus on value creation and waste minimization to get a fast flow to often deliver new and improved functionality to the users. The teams have the mandate to design their own boards and to propose changes in the process that provide better results.

We 're now looking for a System Development Team Manager (TM) to one of the autonomous, lean/agile development teams. You will maintain an overall knowledge of the technological trends in the industry and ensure that their systems adhers to best practices and their own guidelines.?You 'll encourage developers to take on individual roles, makes sure that they have individual skills plans and coache the them in setting learning goals and activities to develop their skills. The TM is responsible for approving expenses, absence reports and holiday applications.
You 'll aslso work hands-on withSystem Development with the latest technologies within Microsoft .NET.?

Main responsibilities
Ensure high quality deliveries of user value as envisioned by the product owner
Contribute to collaboration, information exchange and strategic decisions
Responsible for technical decisions made within the team
Coordinate architectural decisions and work towards our short- and long-term goals
Be the manager for 4-6 system developers.
Act as role model in living their core values

Main task
Suggest and uphold best practices.
Monitor and evaluate goals and target levels.
Plan and execute 1:1 meetings with the developers of the team.
Actively involved in story and epic estimation and review activities.
Coach co-workers on their individual skills development.
Attend and contribute to team meetings, standups and strategic discussions.
Identify and highlight problems that prevent the team from delivering at optimal capacity.
Provide status updates to the System Delivery Manager and IT-management.
Ensure the quality of business-critical functionality and high priority systems.?

Requirements

• M.Sc. in computer science or equivalent academic degree
• Minimum five years of development experience with complex products
• Experience of a leading position or of a coach/mentor role
• Expertise in C#/.NET
• Experience of developing service-oriented event-driven architectures
• Domain-driven design
• Microservices
• Event replay and version handling
• Messaging frameworks such as RabbitMQ
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery?
• Unit testing & mocking?

• CI & build servers?

Good knowledge in several of the following areas is favourably
Front-end development - Security solutions (OpenId, OAuth, JwtTokens) - CQRS and Event Sourcing - Azure/cloud - TDD - Node.js - Npm - Webpack - Git - DocumentDB, mongoDB etc. - PowerShell
