ATM
Air Traffic Management (ATM) is the activity of separating aircrafts, both on airports and in the air. This is performed in order to prevent collisions, generate a smooth flow of traffic and to provide information and other support for pilots. These services are provided by air traffic controllers who are supported by ATM systems. Si ATM is engaged in developing these systems.
Si ATM
Our company has specialized exclusively in the ATM business. We were formed in 1981 and are hence celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. As most of the co-founders are still active within the company, we have accumulated a high level of experience and expertise. By applying this knowledge we are capable of creating the world class solutions that Si ATM is famous for. Being the only company in Sweden with the highest level of ATM products, we have been able to attain an attractive strategic market position. Our trademark is to create flexible and customized systems, but yet to maintain prices that are highly competitive compared to our larger competitors.
Si ATM delivers entire ATM systems, including both hardware and software. Considering our size to be a competitive advantage, emphasis is put into developing and engaging individuals in all parts of the projects. As the ATM industry is an international one, our markets are to be found in the Baltic States, the Middle-East and South-east Asia.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for both software and hardware engineers that are newly graduated or holding a few years of working experience. Considering the complexity of our products, technically and functional, we hope for long-lasting relationships with our employees. Candidates could emerge into project leader roles if that is part of the employees? wishes and ambitions.
As we speak Swedish at the office and have customers all over the world, employers are required to be fluent both in Swedish and English. Given the international character of the ATC industry, successful candidates may have travelling as part of their duties.
