Vehicle Control & Chassis department is responsible for the development of Wheel Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres. Our vision is to be leading in Driving Dynamics, Active Safety and Drivers experience.



Strategy, Innovation & Integration section is active in the strategic phase of vehicle development. We are responsible for department's HW architecture, new chassis functions and advanced engineering.

Our systems are mechatronic. We develop hardware and control software. There is an immediate opening for a System design engineer software.





Main responsibilities


* Design a system solution for Chassis functions based on incoming functional requirements (example of chassis functions: Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Air Suspension Control, damper control etc.)
* Specify the system solution and all its interfaces and dependencies to other vehicle systems.
* Specify and describe the System Level safety requirements.
* Ensure that the system solution is correctly verified according to plan.



Required qualifications


* M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent.
* Excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing
* Driver's licence (type B)
* Knowledge from system engineering or software design
* Knowledge from requirement management
* Knowledge of AUTOSAR and ISO26262



Meritorious qualifications


* Experience from system engineering or software design
* Experience from requirement management and management tools such as System Weaver, Elektra
* Experience of AUTOSAR and ISO26262



Personal qualities


* A good ability of communication and teamwork is essential
* Result-oriented and make things happen
* Structured, with good analytical skills
* Self-driven and reliable
