hela Sverige On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.For a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, we are seeking a talented System Design Engineer to join a team developing cutting-edge technology for the next generation of luxury electric vehicles. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers worldwide to create innovative technology that improves the lives of drivers. The team plays a crucial role in achieving the company's goal of world-class efficiency in future electric vehicles. Assignment
Your main tasks are:
• As a Design Engineer in the team, you will work with Requirement Engineering to deliver Design Prerequisites, Technical Regulations, Contractual Elements and Compliance Agreements with suppliers in terms of AC/DC & DC/DC Converters.
• You will take the lead and drive Tier 1 suppliers which includes leading technical design reviews, internal and supplier joint reviews and follow-up on verification activities.
• Your tasks will also include Cost engineering, benchmarking and reporting status/progress together with Quality Assurance disciplines such as FMEAs.
• Ensure close cooperation within the team and across Propulsion & Energy is crucial, to enable the future implementation of the most desirable solutions.
Qualifications and skills
We are looking for you who have/are:
• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or similar.
• At least 3+ years of experience in product development and a good understanding of development phases from initial concept to final delivery.
• Previous experience with development of AC/DC & DC/DC converters.
• You have an understanding of Supplier Quality and Assurance, Legal Compliance
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• High IT maturity and experienced user of Office 365
