Role As a system architect you will be responsible of driving the architectural work, analyzing business needs and visions and positioning the solutions in the system landscape. You will work in an exciting environment with focus on developing new functions in the platform and managing existing solutions for our customers.
In your role as System Architect you take responsibility for driving the development of Zervicepoint and have a key position in choosing our technical direction. You will work closely with the Chief Product Owner and our Cross functional team of developers and Product Owners.
Experience and skills You have a background from architectural work from a product oriented company or similar experience. It is a merit if you have worked as a developer or have good understanding of code.
You have:
Academic education within IT
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience from product driven architecture
High social competence and the ability to lead and motivate others
To succeed as System Architect in Zervicepoints open and collaborative peer environment you need to be comfortable with responsibility. You are a good listener with the ability to understand your colleague's point-of-view and to be able to boil it down to a dynamic technical description. You have a great interest in solving the customer's system solutions and the ability to see not only the unique flow but also the holistic perspective.
As a person you are structured, interested in new techniques and development, always evaluating from a customer or end-users stand-point and have a passion for execution. You have a visionary mindset complemented by your ability to, in a structured manner, transform vision into action. Since you will be communicating with suppliers, partners, customers and colleagues you are fluent in both Swedish and English and feel comfortable in a presenting your solutions. A holistic view and a genuine drive to improve will help you in your role. You see possibilities instead of obstacles and have a passion for system development and frameworks.
