hela Sverige We are expanding our team with a System Architect with a passion for delivering world class solutions and services. We offer a specialist role in a fast pace environment with operations maintenance, system design and development challenges within Linux, Network, Cloud & Open Source domain projects.
You will together with a Team leader, technically lead a team of 8-12 Database administrators, Sysadmins and Network admins. This team is responsible for IT system surveillance, server deployment, patch management, incident management and automation. Besides Operations maintenance the team is responsible for projects where main objectives will be releasing new systems and software as well as scaling and upgrading our current systems. Daily work will involve designing, planning and, together with the team leader, coordination of the implementation work in the team.
Furthermore, you will continuously work with automation and technical depth to improve the availability of our systems to meet future expectations. You will also be responsible for securing clear interfaces between the infrastructure and the development teams, as well as making sure there is a good integration for internal and external applications. It is important that the team has adequate tools and processes for risk analysis, security and performance work - an accountability that will be yours. To work long term with the high-level architecture strategy will also be part of your role, together with technically coach the team to continuously improve in scalability, security, redundancy, efficient design and processes.

We believe you have several years' experience in managing an enterprise IT infrastructure, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis in large scale environments. You are proficient in Linux and Open Source. We believe you have experience in coaching and leading a team of engineers. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have experience from cloud computing, monitoring and auto-remediation although scripting skills in some form are expected.
