We are expanding the Global IT department with a System administrator with focus on keeping track of user accounts, system accounts, assets, and IT documentation.
Your main duties and responsibilities
• Responsible of maintaining access management, user accounts, system accounts cross platforms and departments
• Ensure up to date documentation of systems together with system owners and power users
• General IT support to end users through mail and phone if needed
• Maintain and support hardware orders if needed
• Monitor case log at our outsourcing provider and assist if needed
• Assist in IT projects
• This role includes some travel
Your experience
• Work experience from a global company with international contacts
• Some form of technical experience from working in an IT department
• Office 365 suite including SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
• General know-how around IT hardware and how it works together in a digital world
Your professional skills
• Skilled in Office 365 suite
• Basic knowledge in IT (Network, PC, Active Directory)
• Good communication skills in both English and Swedish
• Swedish driving license

• Never tired of learning new things in the digital world
• Analytical & Structured
• High attention to details and order
• Facing new people and new tasks are never a problem
