On behalf of SWEP as part of the Dover Corporation we are currently looking for a Manager to their ORACLE team in Landskrona.

Do you want to be part of taking the next step in SWEPs digital transformation journey?
We are now looking for an Oracle Manager to lead our talented ERP Oracle eBusinessSuite team. This is a key position within SWEP and you will play a big part in our further growth together with your team.
What you will do
Oracle is the backbone of our architecture and levering Oracle is the key to our digital transformation journey. As manager of the Oracle team, you will be leading our team of Oracle functional experts and be responsible to support the business needs. You will develop and mentor the team members in the mission of Oracle, and by doing so strengthen the team and its capabilities.
An important part of your role is to support the organization in optimizing the use of Oracle by looking for standardization and influence new ways of working. We expect you to provide spirited positive leadership in the design and implementation of digital solutions and challenge obsolete practices, question accepted truths and eliminate non-value-added processes.
You will be part of Digital Solutions management team and will be reporting to VP Digital Solutions.
Your background
MSc/BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
Experienced manager and/or project manager
Background from IT industry
Experience from an international environment
Preferably experience of Oracle eBusiness Suite or comparable ERP system
Who you are
You are probably a senior manager with experience from communicating and collaborating with many different stakeholders both internally and externally. To be successful in this role, you are used to, and enjoy working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environment. You are passionate about leading and developing your team members and sees it as an intriguing challenge just how much Oracle can be utilized at SWEP. You are a structured person who will bring new ideas and contribute with best practice. Further, you communicate fluently in English as well as Swedish.

Since part of the team is located elsewhere in Europe, some travelling is expected. To provide the best conditions for your worklife balance, we offer a flexible working model with the possibility to work partly remote. At the end of this year, we will move to our new head office, located within five minutes walking distance from Landskrona train station.
