Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming telephone calls from Swedish taxi drivers;
• Support taxi drivers in daily traffic, provide support to their inquiries;
• Promptly respond to taxi driver problem situations and provide solutions.
Requirements:
• Fluent Swedish;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• High attention to details, high sense of responsibility towards work.
