In cooperation with our customer Nutramino we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a maternity leave. Your tasks will primarily consist of order processing, pricing and maintaining the website.
Your tasks will be:
Handling orders and processes in SAP and backend
Making sure prices and customer data is up to date in SAP and backend
Handling customer inquiries
Issuing debit- and credit notes
In addition, you will help build and maintain good relations with the sales team and customers and at the same time ensuring a good cooperation with the warehouse.
Qualifications and competences
To succeed in the job, you must be able to work independently as well as being a part of a small customer services team. It's important that you have strong it skills and that you are committed to solving your assignments within the deadline.
Experience from Supply Chain and Customer Service is required for this position. On a personal level, you are helpful and eager to provide great service.
It's an advantage if you speak and understand Danish and have experience with FMCG.

The maternity leave period is 15 months and you will work full-time.

The customer service department in Copenhagen consists of three employees and the office in Malmö has 7 employees who are often travelling.
