hela Sverige Are you interested in driving and developing Swedbank's sustainability agenda and contribute to further integration of sustainability into the bank's processes? We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist who will contribute to the acceleration of Swedbank's sustainability transition.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Drive and/or contribute to various projects within Group Sustainability that support and accelerate Swedbank's sustainability transition
• Drive the development of Swedbank Sustainable Funding Framework and perform assessment of green and social assets meeting the framework criteria in close cooperation with all relevant units (mainly Group Treasury and business areas)
• Develop and drive the business use of the Funding Framework as a means to support our customers in the transition and contribute to the shift towards increased sustainable lending
• Monitor market development and ensure that Swedbank Sustainable Funding Framework is in line with market practice, investor expectations, and any mandatory or voluntary requirements, and contribute to the development of external disclosures
• Develop assessment criteria for transition-related financing for various sectors
• Provide expertise knowledge and guidance to various stakeholders on sustainability subject matters
What is needed in this role:
• Master's degree in relevant field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience within the financial sector
• Strong understanding of how the sustainability transition affects the banking industry
• Solid understanding of the sustainability drivers within different sectors
• Knowledge of both existing and upcoming EU sustainable finance regulations, such as the EU Taxonomy
• Great communication, presentation and cooperation skills, both with internal and external stakeholders and cross-border
• Self-sufficient with a doer mentality and with excellent planning & prioritising as well as project management skills
• Solution orientated, structured and efficient with a positive attitude
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
