We are seeking a dynamic Sustainability Project Leader who wants to make a significant impact, drive positive change, and contribute to a sustainable future. As a Sustainability Project Leader, you'll drive the commercialization of sustainability through our offerings. As part of the role you will:
translate customer insights into impactful sales tools, with a focus on the Strategic Partnership Sales (SPS) model for sustainability.
lead the creation and deployment of tools like the CO2 calculator, managing the tool life-cycle, and providing training to Customer Centers.
Stay updated on Science-Based Targets (Scope 1 to 4) actions, incorporating them into the sales process through new marketing/sales tools.
Conduct sustainability walk-throughs with customer centers, providing training for independent execution.
Attend internal and external sustainability-related meetings, coordinating with engineering teams to quantify the sustainability advantages of our products.
Collaborate with the competence team to develop training programs related to sustainability commercialization and act as a single point of contact for customer centers, collecting and disseminating data related to sustainability inquiries.
Who we're looking for
Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent work-life experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience.
Understanding of marketing fundamentals (product, price, place, promotion).
Proficiency in exploring, creating, and communicating customer value via sustainability.
Experience calculating/quantifying CO2 impact of product and services.
Strong project management and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing).
Experience working in a global decentralized setting is seen as an advantage.
