Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at our sushi restaurant located in central Helsingborg. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional skills in sushi preparation and creativity in crafting sushi dishes, maintaining efficiency and quality during peak hours. Responsibilities include preparing sushi ingredients, making sushi, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of sushi-making experience, preferably in sushi restaurants or Japanese cuisine establishments.
Strong emphasis on ingredient quality and culinary techniques to ensure delicious and hygienic dishes.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Passion and understanding of Japanese culinary culture and ingredients.
Relevant certifications or training are preferred.
