Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for a wide range of products and services including game servers, VOIP and web-hosting clients. Training will be provided however existing knowledge and experience with these services is desired.
• Use all available resources at your disposal including but not limited to search engines, knowledgebase articles and previous support cases to assist clients with problems.
• Actively monitor the networks and machines to resolve individual issues as they arise.
• Handle both support and sales inquiries simultaneously via our web based Support Desk and Live Chat sales software.
City Network has signed collective agreement with IT- Telekomföretagen.
Employment conditions:
Full time, Our support is open 24/7 and we schedule your work according to this.
