Support professional
To our As400, Finance, HR & Application support team in Gothenburg we have an open position for a support professional who will provide support to our global customers within the customer service/supply chain area.
We work in an international environment and customer contacts will be part of the daily work. As an individual you are both a self starter as well as a team player focused on delivering support to our customers. You will receive, analyse and complement support cases in cooperation with clients and colleagues.
Skills
• Iseries (As400) experience
• Customer focused
• Service-minded and enthusiastic about providing day-by-day help and troubleshooting
• Well organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of CL/RPG programming desirable but not mandatory
