We are searching for a pro-active Support & Test Coordinator to join our team Ports & Terminals Digital. We work together on project such as "SmartPort" and "SmartGate" throughout the Stena Line network. Our department is growing and we're focussing on continuously improvement.

What will you do?
'SmartPort" supports the Stena Line ports with a freight terminal operating system that we keep developing so that we can improve efficiency and process flows on our terminals as well as offer relevant track and trace information to our customers.

"SmartGate" is a large project within Stena Line to automate the freight check-in and vehicle handling at Stena Line's ports. It may include automated vehicle identification, OCR, imaging, length/weight measurement and Self-Service kiosks, all managed by a central Gate Operating System. The ongoing initiative has finalized the first implementations at Stena Line's ports and will continue with the rolled-out to more ports in the coming years, whereafter we continuously will work closely with the ports to continuously improve the product.

Some of your key responsibilities:
• Responsible for 2nd line support, coordinate support cases and keep close contact with our suppliers, Group IT and the users within the business.
• Support Product Owner SmartGate and Product Owner SmartPort with testing new releases and retrospective testing.
• Support Product Owners with coordination of product implementations onsite.
• Support Product Owners by being attentive to potential new requirements and further improvements of efficiency and/or systems.
• Aftercare support after we have done an implementation (i.e. SmartGate Go Live)
• Local onsite support on terminals throughout the network if required.

Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of professional experience, preferably within freight operations or system support in general.
• Specific experience in (Stena Line's) freight check-in process and/or freight terminal operations on site.
• Experience working with Stena Line's systems "Freightlink Book & Check-in" and/or "rePort".
• Natural interest and curiosity for IT system development and continuous improvement.
• Ability and willing to travel when required.
