Compodium are looking for an experienced Support engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will play a primary role in providing service excellence to Compodium's customers and partners. The candidate will have familiarity in all things IT, especially video conferencing, and should have the drive to be a self-starter, operate professionally and have the energy and resilience to keep up with the, sometimes, hectic periods of work. The candidate must have previous working experience in a Support role.
Responsibilities
Take your own initiative with a great deal of responsibility to manage your workflow with incident influx and priority levels
Manage incidents logged via phone, email or video and ensure they are followed-up and resolved in accordance with SLA's and customer agreements
Write- and update knowledge-base articles
Educate and train customers on the video workflow and Compodium's services
Build and maintain relationships with our customers, sales teams, tier 1 vendors and distributors
Support the Sales team in demonstrations
When required, assist in designing solutions for customers, e.g. in public tenders or for custom projects
Microsoft, Cisco, Poly or other technical certifications are a merit
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English is essential
