NETWORK SUPPORT COORDINATOR AT RENAULT IN BORÅS!
Job description
As a Network Support Coordinator you will work with Renault dealers in the Nordic region where you will provide the best support and services to our dealers and end-consumers.
In your role as a Network Support Coordinator you will be responsible in providing information in regards to distribution, deliveries as well as dealing with dealers claims.
You will provide and update Renault dealers with status of requested spare parts in the warehouse as well as providing logistical information to dealers in both Sweden and Denmark. You work in a 5 person team liaising with our colleagues in Renault Nordic in Kista, Copenhagen and our logistic partners (DSV) and other logistical transport companies. Since the team handles various different type of questions regarding spare parts, your knowledge and work experience in customer services will be an assets to us in Renault Nordic.
Your profile:
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar job
• Very good skills in MC office especially Word and Excel
• Fluency in Swedish and English, Danish is an advantage
We are looking for a person that strive to provide good quality services to our customers. You have work experience in the automobile industry and knowledge of the product is a plus.
