Rebtel is looking for a Support Communication Coordinator

Rebtel is looking for a Support Communication coordinator to join our Community team in Stockholm. You will in your role be main responsible for support communication to our customers. We are looking for a hands on person who is ready to join a team with focus to be number one at understanding our customers and delivering excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

Satisfaction rates
In charge of content and info of support website
In charge of content and info in all written support communication that will be used by teams
Keep the right tone of voice in all support channels
Manage live chats on website
Work proactively with customer cases with quality and resolution as focus


Requirements

Proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience from customer centric service
University business degree or similar
Preferably 1-2 years of experience from communication or marketing
