Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
To our support and helpdesk, we are now seeking staff who have worked with service and have an interest in technology and service. You will work in a team where you are divided into three shifts. The work will be conducted day, evening and night, five days a week. You will work during the day for two weeks, during the evening one week and one week during the night. You will mainly monitor the system but also provide assistance in support. This will be done via telephone, e-mail and web. In your daily work, you will mainly work with international customers why it is very important to have good knowledge in English both in speech and writing.
To succeed in the role of support/help desk, you are humble, educational, service-oriented and stress resistant. We value the right personal qualities and in addition to the above we are also looking for a person with high social competence and great flexibility. You will be working in an environment where high security and confidentiality is of utmost importance. For the right person there are excellent prospects to advance within the organization and to be involved in developing the business.
Main activities
• Monitor critical functions and systems
• Receiving files via telephone, email and web
• Record, categorize and prioritize issues
• Resolving incidents and questions with the help of the database (FAQ)
with technical descriptions
• Ensure that the database and FAQ is updated and useful
• Responsible that the unresolved incidents are sent to the second line
We will train you internally, some special skills will eventually be trained abroad.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Upper secondary education, preferably in communications, service, or IT
• Very good computer skills
• Experience in customer service/help desk or similar is an advantage
• You have proven servicing experience
• A good command of English; both orally and in writing when all
documentation and communication is in English
• Have a high level of service
• Is accurate
