uppgår till ca 25 000. VCIT (Volvo Cars IT) Engine is a part of ADS
Manufacturing & Supply Chain IT, where our departments main task is to support
Volvo Cars Engine with first class IT-solutions and support. We are 12 employees
and we have 35-40 consultants working for us. Or main delivery is Project
Management, Application Management and Infrastructure Management andin order to
meet our customers expectations the department is divided into three teams
supporting each of the abovementioned processes. We are looking for a person to
fill the gap during a planned leave of absence in our team. The role is Support
Analyst and this means that the ideal candidate would be skilled in the support
area.This role is successfully filled by a "peoples person" with drive, energy
and a sence of responsibility The ideal candidate will be analytical,
structured and service oriented with fine tuned social skills. Pimary
tasks will be; . Respond to our customers support issues . Coordinate and
plan for the implementation of long term solutions to system related
problems . Be the link between our teams delivery and act as a
representative towards our customer . Attend to hardware/software needs
in our plants . Coordinate projects, maintenance etc to minimize impact on
our production Profile qualifications requirements; . General IT knowledge and,
preferrably IT support experience . Bachelors degree, preferrably in
engineering (computer science, mechanics, networking) or equivalent
experience/education. Profile qualifications preferred; . General IT

• Experience from user support or equivalent . Experience from
