The CSG Assure team is growing and we are looking to strengthen our team with a skilled Support Analyst working with 2nd line customer support to ensure our customers get high class solution support.

CSG Assure is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data service quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 150 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies.

As a Support Analyst you will assume responsibility for resolving customer support cases; perform analysis in the customer system and work with the customer technical team to resolve issues. You might also be involved in selected customer implementation projects performing technical installation and configuration.

We think that you are analytical, technically skilled and enjoy helping customers to use our high-tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and troubleshooting of customer support cases
• Work with customer users and technical team to resolve issues
• Provide high quality responses and solutions to the customer

Required Skills and Experience

• University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in technical support for Business Support Systems (BSS)
• Knowledge in some of the technologies we use: SQL database, Windows server, Linux server, SIP, Mobile network technologies, IT network configuration, Virtual server, AWS, Azure
• Excellent English communication skills

The CSG Stockholm office is located in Münchenbryggeriet, Södermalm, with a beautiful view of the City Hall on Lake Mälaren.
