ABOUT THE ROLE

The role as Supply Sustainability Coordinator is within our Supply Business Development team. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Temporary Supply Sustainability Coordinator, covering a parental leave, with the potential for a more longer-term employment.

Responsibilities

As a Supply Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Supply Objectives: Coordinate supply chain-related actions and projects aligned with the HMS sustainability agenda and the Supply Business plan.
• Project Managing: Leading or participating in projects geared toward enhancing efficiency within the global supply chain.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generating insightful analytic and statistic reports, underlining the importance of data-driven decision-making in sustainability efforts.
• Compliance and Regulations: Communication and publications related to sustainability and other topics within supply chain.
• Key Contact for Sustainability: Acting as the main contact point for Sustainable and Responsible Supply Chain matters within the HMS group ensures clarity and efficiency in communication and decision-making.
• Process Mapping and System Optimization: Work with documentations, process mapping, working methods, and parameter setting within systems to achieve sustainability goals into operational processes.
• Internal Communication and Engagement: Engage employee in sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of awareness and participation.
• System Administrator: Managing parameter and function configuration, maintenance, verifications, supporting management, and reporting system bugs.

In this role, you will have many contacts - both in different HMS organizations as well as external, Swedish as well as international. Therefore, you need to be confident in communicating, both in Swedish and in English, and easily adapt your communication depending on the situation and who you are talking to.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain sustainability, with a focus on driving positive change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a difference.

• This position is temporary for 18 months, covering a parental leave.
• However, there is potential for a more longer-term employment based on performance and business needs.
