The position in brief
LK Valves is looking for a Supply Planner based in our head office in Helsingborg. As Supply Planner you work with daily purchasing activities, follow-up on supplier performance and support process development.
We are currently in an interesting development phase, strengthening the organization for growth, vitalizing our way of working and making it more efficient. Our company's growth is expected to come from more and larger shipbuilding projects at yards all over the world.

As a Supply Planner you will be running the daily purchasing activities, placing orders, setting appropriate stock levels, monitoring deliveries and approving payments. You will be handling supplier deviance regarding delivery and quality performance and follow up on mutually agreed improvement targets.
An important part of the role is supporting our sales organization and contract manager on special products and projects. Navision is our ERP system and you will be handling pricing structures, bill of materials and item register.
Your profile
To be successful in your job you need to have good communication skills, a high level of proactivity and you are able to put pressure on suppliers when needed. You have good technical understanding and are an analytical person with excellent ERP and Excel skills. It is a clear advantage if you have knowledge about delivery and payment terms and how to minimize trade risks. Fluent in English is a must.
The ideal candidate has an academic degree, a strong customer focus and has worked a few years in purchasing.
We want you to have high capacity, be straight forward and a team player.
Irrespective your background and experience you have to be able to work in a small and ambitious team and you must have the curiosity to learn about the marine industry, our customers and products. You should possess potential to grow within your role and our company and consider it a personal and professional goal to be involved in our development.
