Tetra Pak Processing Systems and Equipment sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies. Supplier Management is responsible for the Tetra Pak Processing Systems and Equipment supplier base globally. We are now looking for a Supply Manager in the Lund site team handling a supplier base mostly consisting of Swedish suppliers.
What you will do
In the role as Supply Manager you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, which is mainly Business Unit Liquid Food and Processing Production Site Lund (PPCL). You will be responsible for a number of suppliers, mainly within the Machining and Technical Professional Services category but also a tail of smaller spend suppliers. You will execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as manage supplier contracts and performance. This position will be located in Lund. You will travel around 20-25% of your time.
Who you are
We are looking for a driven, self-going candidate with great networking skills. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders both internally and externally. You also have a great passion to do business and the courage to challenge current state in a constructive and positive manner that builds trust.
We believe you have several years relevant working experience with strong commercial skills and a proven track record in negotiations and category-based purchasing. Experience from purchasing of machining components and Technical Professional Services is highly valued.as is any experience within the fields of engineering and/or manufacturing.
We believe you have a university degree preferably within Engineering or Economics. You are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both verbally and in writing. Any other language is a merit.
