Description
Job description:
We are looking for a Transport, Trade & Logistics Manager to our client in Västerås.
As a Manager you will work with tasks such as:
• Plan, organize, and execute all needed shipments in line with project requirements
• Coordinate daily shipment activities from 3PL warehouse to production site
• Transfer of know-how of warranty and spare parts logistics from CH to SE
• In close collaboration with the PI team, monitor and ensure spare parts and warranty stocks and processes in 3PL warehouse and the chosen depot locations
• Prepare and maintain a delivery schedule and communicate to all relevant departments
• Continue review of shipping dates and report exceptions when occurs
• Coordinate and solve day-to-day open tickets with the 3PL supplier
• Verify of all freight and warehouse services invoices
• Ensure completeness of import / export documentation
• Review logistics performances against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements
• Monitor inventory quality and coordinate the yearly stock taking activities of 3PL, 3PP, supplier subcontracting stocks and depots
• Drive ongoing logistics process developments
You will also be responsible for Drive transportation, trade and logistics (TT&L) quality and cost improvements, establish and maintain governance structures at Region level in line with global strategy. Implements and maintains Global and Business Unit logistics strategy and policy at Region level.
