We are now looking for a Supply Chain Quality manager that will manage the CLC Quality control team at Maskinvägen in Lund.
Who is your future team:
You will manage the CLC Quality control team.
The team consist of 6 supply chain quality engineers, how is responsible for the quality assurance at our 7 CLC Globally (Lund, Bangkok, Budapest, Atlanta, Prague, Memphis,). The team support and guide each local CLCs quality organization in all quality related matters. Among other things this includes auditing, supplier contacts, product inspections and setting processes for quality inspections. The team is also responsible for communication with internal stakeholders, conducting investigations and rework at the CLCs. They are also a part of the Global supply chain organization and take part in cross functional activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities as Supply Chain quality manager are:
* Personal management including motivating your staff, driving team efficiency, enable personal development, planning needed resources and setting salary.
* Operational and strategic management of the function. This starts with setting a budget and following this up as well as setting goals and strategies for the function.
You will also:
* Be the link for CLC quality related cases reported from our R/D, customers, and other stakeholders into supply chain,
* Ensure that deviations at CLC are handled and actions for improvement are fulfilled.
* Develop and improve processes, instructions, and ways of working to support Axis growth.
* Lead and coordinate temporary teams to solve urgent problems.
* Be responsible for quality statistics and KPIs.
The position requires 20-30 days of travelling a year.

We 'd love to hear that you have/are.
* At least five years' experience from managing teams.
* Relevant University degree or similar
* Worked with quality in a production environment.
* Familiar with continuous improvements, lean activities, and quality investigations.
* Good general supply chain knowledge
* knowledge about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
It is meriting if you also have:
* worked in a global organization and collaborated with people from different cultures.
* Have experience with digitalization and automation.
You need to speak and write fluently, in Swedish and English.
and you need a Swedish driver's license. This position is based in Lund.
You will be reporting to the Director Order and Fulfillment.
