Supply Chain Manager
This position is organized under ALLGON SUPPLY AB and reports to the CEO of ALLGON SUPPLY AB. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY This position scopes the management and continuous development of ALLGON SUPPLY's Global Supply Chain. ALLGON SUPPLY is the global owner of ALLGON's GROUP SUPPLY including Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Project sourcing; WORK DUTIES Specific work duties as follows: (a) Supporting the strategic development of ALLGON SUPPLY world wide in the short and long term; (b) Developing and supervising ALLGON SUPPLY's strategic supply chain globally to meet established technical and commercial goals in order to ensure total satisfaction to ALLGON SUPPLY's customers; (c) Seeking, selecting, and qualifying new suppliers worldwide in accordance with the procedures and methods of ALLGON SUPPLY; (d) Liaising with suppliers to establish long term relationships; (e) Developing and implementing procedures for the management of suppliers in accordance with goals set forth by ALLGON SUPPLY for its management system in order to establish needed supplier category strategies on global basis; (f) Implementing measurable supplier development programs (project and mass production phases) regards to 3CQL (cost, capability, capacity, quality and location/service) program to meet defined goals and standards; (g) Surveying and reporting on market conditions and trends, technology roadmaps and identifying supply/demand risks; (h) Developing, and implementing plans for continuous improvements, based quarterly 3CQL results, which can continuously improve supply base competitiveness and mitigate supply /demand related risks; (i) Drive continuous strategic and project sourcing based on demands set forth by ALLGON GROUP COMPANIES (j) Acting as ALLGON SUPPLY interface to other ALLGON GROUP COMPANIES for selected activities in the areas of technology/engineering, quality and environmental; (k) Supervising and ensuring that quality and environmental standards set forth by ALLGON SUPPLY are always complied with in the whole supply chain, with a special emphasis on environment (l) Upon request by ALLGON GROUP COMPANIES, Demand analysis, planning, purchase order (PO) issuing to suppliers and follow up of supplier delivery performance. Continuous update of Jeeves system for PO status. All in line with Purchasing procedure; and (m) Freight partner management and development to ensure effective supply chain, inventory accuracy and delivery precision
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10 years experience from management level position in sourcing/supply chain
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in preferable engineering
• Supplier Quality management experience is preferable
• Proven track record for cost reductions, supply chain management, supplier management & development and sourcing projects in Asia region
• Clear evidence of having successfully managed Supply Chain and Sourcing projects with "best in class" impact on cost reduction, lead time reduction and Supply Chain optimizations
• Contract management experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing
• Beginner level in Swedish verbally and in writing is preferable
• Willingness to locate in Stockholm, Sweden
• Willingness for frequent international travel
• Rich experience to work with the Chinese government related to the management of a foreign company in China
• Rich experience from managing a foreign company in China on a monthly basis . Excellent communication skills
• Rich experience in working with MRP system for supply chain management, purchasing and sourcing
