As our new Supply Chain Manager, you will be a part of the Tobii supply chain management team. Tobii supply chain management works with product flows all over the world and you will play an important role in proposing and implementing new set-ups as well as optimizing current. You will also carry the Operations flag in the early sales phase to secure that we can execute effectively and cost efficiently on the customer contracts. To assure quality in the Supply operations you will drive our performance work and push us to focus where it makes a difference, as well as lead continuous improvements internally Supply. With a curious mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction, supply chain, continuous improvements and process & tool development you will further enhance the performance of the Tobii supply chain. Your days will be filled with
Securing supply chain related sections in Customers' Supply agreements (e.g. Incoterms, Forecast requirements, Order requirements, Shipping addresses etc)
Developing Tobii supply chain to meet customer requirements
Aligning with Customer and/or customer's ODM's supply chain counterparts
Mapping responsibilities and flows before handing over to executing organizations e.g. Business Operations, Logistics, Production, Sourcing, NPI
Driving Supply Operations' Performance dashboard
Enhancing supply chain related processes, flows and tools
Leading continuous improvements internally Supply

We are looking for someone who
Has a relevant academic degree or similar experience
Has 5+ years of experience working with Supply chain related tasks
Is business savvy, experienced in Customer relations and has a good Sales processes understanding
Is experienced in process and tool improvement work
Is a structured planner, a problem solver, a team player and has good communication skills
Loves translating uncertainty to implementable tasks
