hela Sverige We are searching for a Supply Chain Lead to join Kedali Sweden AB. Kedali is one of world's largest manufacturer of casings for lithium-ion batteries and operates within different segments of the battery industry and as the strategic partner of Northvolt here in Skellefteå.
Supply Chain Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.
Main tasks include but are not limited to:
Understands and communicates sales forecast, customer orders & shipping schedule
Responsible for production planning and continuous improvement to ensure 100% on time delivery
Responsible for material supply planning, PO release and follow-up to ensure on time delivery from suppliers
Responsible for the procurement of all kinds of auxiliary materials, equipment spare parts and hardware spare parts needed in the production process
Inventory amount & DOH management to meet with plant's target
Monitor complete process of logistic and customs clearance process to ensure full compliance to Sweden customs regularities
collect data for supplier delivery evaluation, work order evaluation and customer delivery update; control the premium freight cost
Work closely with other departments, for resource and Engineering change, for achieving the organizational objectives
Team Management and Talent development
Competence and experience:
College education in mechanical, supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field
5 years experience in production planning and material control
Good knowledge in logistics management, import & export/customs knowledge
Knowledge and experience of ERP system
Being assertive and mature and able to work under high pressure
Fluent English
