As the Master Data Specialist you will be a working closely with the R&D program teams launching new products on the market securing releases in accordance with Product Management road-map. The role requires flexibility and drive to optimize each product release requirements and solutions at the same time exactitude to secure correctness. An innovative mind-set is crucial to simplify work using the latest technology as well as meeting future competence requirements within Supply Chain Management
The main responsibility will include, but not be limited to:
• Identifying and uploading required master data to enable new products are made possible to order in accordance with product management requirements
• Upload master data to enable the inbound set-up (possible to order from suppliers/Ericsson Manufacturing Sites)
• From a microwave perspective take lead in improving the process to reduce time to market and in central process discussions
• Analyzing and optimizing solution from a customer order perspective
• Primary contact towards R&D in any master data aspects
• Supporting in any new purchase agreement (VPA) requirements
Competence
• Formal education required: Master of Science or equivalent
• Team player with highly developed target focus to meet R&D release plans
• Innovative mind-set and energy contributing to time to market when releasing products
• Highly developed ability to act and drive own work as well as flexibility to act quickly towards potential changes
• Structured way of working, analytic and able to handle great number of activities in a parallel
• Good understanding of dependencies and consequences related to costs, inventory, scrap and similar
• Background in planning preferable
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Good microwave product and SAP knowledge
