Microwave Supply Chain Management is part of Networks Supply within Ericsson Business Area Networks responsible for developing and managing the global end to end supply chains for Microwave Networks products throughout the entire product life cycle. Manufacturing sites are located in Brazil, Hungary, India and Sweden. Microwave Supply Chain Management is located in Borås, Sweden and accountable as microwave supply lead site.

Microwave backhaul continues to play a very important role in the evolution of 5G. Being part of the Microwave Supply Chain Management team within Networks Supply you will be a key player enabling excellent supply flows, essential to ensure customer satisfaction and sales profitability on top level as well as outperforming competition in our industry.
Job description
As a Supply Chain Manager you are in close contact with Product Management, Sales, Market Areas and supply functions to secure customer orders are delivered on time through the most efficient supply chains. The role includes global end to end responsibility contributing to replenishing Supply Hubs in accordance with customer needs as well as balancing global inventory along with lead time requirements. You will act team leader within microwave Supply Chain.
The main responsibility will include, but not be limited to:
Developing microwave supply chains securing customer orders are delivered on time, with the right content, quality and cost according to Ericsson Supply Strategy
Monitoring and analyzing the flow performance in accordance with customer needs as well as keeping the efficiency on a top level
Define Key Performance Indicators required
Supply Chain Team lead-coaching and inspiring team towards high performance and innovative culture
Contribute to supply chain development
Formal education required:
Master of Science or equivalent
Requested competence:
Highly developed market and business skills
Highly developed supply chain skills to ensure most efficient microwave set up is identified and implemented
Analyzing through own work along with coaching teams and individuals to reach targets
Leadership and change management skills
Innovative executing mind-set with a strong target focus to secure customer deliveries and cost efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Basic microwave product knowledge and SAP
