About the position
Due to rapid growth Moberg Pharma is now expanding its staff with a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this wide new role you will report directly to the Director of Global Supply and will serve as the link between the Sales- and Marketing department, the distributors and the CMO’s (contract manufacturing organization). Your overall responsibility is to handle and monitor the supply chain and carry out operational purchase planning. Your main objective is to ensure the delivery of goods to the customers in a timely manner.
Handle incoming flow of orders and process them in the ERP-system (SAP) and accordingly place purchase orders to CMO’s
Monitor the order cycle and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate dispatch from CMO’s and shipment to customers
Analyze and process forecasts, delivered by the Sales and Marketing department, into long term demand planning.
Monitor stock levels to optimize the supply and demand balance
Establish and nurture contacts with external and internal stakeholders to maintain a collaborative environment
Be a part of and drive projects for improvement
Provide reports on KPI’s for long term strategic business planning
Phasing in and out products to the supply chain
This is a permanent full time position with normal office hours. We wish it to be filled not later than September 1st. The office, where the staff of about 20 works, is located close to Alvik subway station in Bromma. Moberg Pharma offers good benefits. We are looking for you
Who have worked in Supply Chain or similar for about 3-5 years and would like to take on more responsibilities. If you have a degree (preferably in engineering) this is a merit. Good knowledge of at least one ERP-system (preferably SAP) and Excel is required. You communicate unhindered on a business level in Swedish and English. Last but not least we are looking for a person that likes analysis and calculations as well as integrating and collaborating to solve problems and develop the organization.
