Our products are used to verify performance of wireless devices and small antennas. We have customers worldwide, among them the largest mobile phone manufacturers, operators, and wireless device manufacturers. Bluetest is frequently expanding with new products on new markets.
Bluetest is currently looking for a person who can strengthen our production team, and the position is advertised due to a retirement. Bluetest is growing rapidly and the supply chain administrator plays an important part in the international organization. The work is located in our headquarters in Gothenburg.
Work tasks include:
• Purchasing of materials/goods
• Tracking of stock levels
• Order handling
• Organization of shipments
• Operating IT systems
• Document preparation
• Office management
We believe that you have:
• 3-5 years' work experience within administration in a dynamic organization
• Good experience with cooperation with multiple departments
• Good experience with computer-based work, especially the Office package
• Technical understanding
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Possible experience (no requirement):
• Education in administration, logistics, economics or similar
• Hansa World, the management system used
• Wiki-sites, both usage and maintenance
• Other languages, preferably French, Italian or Korean (!)
