hela Sverige The Supplier Quality Assurance department within procurement has the overall responsibility for our supplier's, quality performance including manufacturing qualification and proactive quality assurance. Today we are 14 Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) covering more than 100 suppliers and our teams is great and easy to work with, there are different challenges every day and room to learn and develop personal skills. We are located together with purchasing and have close relation to value stream's and programs, this gives us a unique position to establish short and correct ways of decisions and improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor and develop quality performance at suppliers (including process data)
• Perform risk analysis and work with P-FMEA
• First article Review and handle Engineering Source Substantiation
• Nonconformance reporting including follow-up of root cause, corrective and preventive action.
• Lead quality improvements and cost reduction activities at suppliers
• Contribute with improvement activities to make GKN Supplier Quality Assurance dept. successful.

We are looking for you that are organized and have leadership skills and like team-work. It's recommended to have a manufacturing engineering background and deep quality knowledge in aerospace requirements and standards.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree within engineering/manufacturing or similar experience.
• Experience from manufacturing engineering/production, preferably product qualification activities.
• Target oriented and good communication skills in English, spoken as well as written.
Experience/skills:
• Well organized and structured with strong skills to work independently
• Skilled in IT tools such as SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, power point and team site
• Target oriented and outgoing with good communications skills
• Good knowledge of our products, processes and technologies.
