If you are quality focused, technical oriented and open minded then we have something for you. Our colleague Peter is taking up a new position in our organisation and therefore are we looking for his successor in the Purchasing On Line-team.
At Purchasing On Line we react on urgent quality deviations in our production on supplier disturbances . We make sure that the supplier provides us with Short term and Long term solution. It happens that you sometimes have to travel directly to the supplier the same day. Sometimes we can solve the case in our new Activity Based Office in Södertälje.
As POL you are a part of the SQ organisation at Scania Purchasing. Internal and external dialogue, with our supplier and with production, R&D and purchase is of importance.
In this role you sometimes have to think out of the box in order to support the supplier. We are aiming for a long lasting solution and a closed case -quickly!
This role is like a project and you will be the "project manager". You need to push and guide all parties in the right direction to find a trustworthy and robust solution. Always with our core value Respect for the Individual in mind and with the best of Scania in mind.
Background?
Experience from production, quality and production engineering could be positive in this position. English language is a must in both oral and in writing.
