Our Manufacturing Paint Shop Department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production.
In order to effectively restart our Paint shop, we are now looking for an experienced Supervisor.
Description
The Paint Shop Departments, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Manufacturing Organization. The Paint Shop area is responsible for production through pre-treatment, sealing and top coat in Paint Shop.
The role as Supervisor for Paint Shop involves to:
• Be responsible for managing the operations and personnel in a production area
• Ensure delivery of products to downstream
• Lead, coach and train their staff
• Coordinate the preparation of the main flow with station building
• Have contacts with suppliers of services and materials
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Extensive knowledge and at least 2 years' experience in painting processes
• Understanding of the overall approach in painting processes
• Experience in personnel management
• Knowledge in Lean Production System
To be successful in your role, you have the ability to
• Act and make decisions in time
• Inform and motivate others
• Solve problems
• Listen and build effective teams
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
