We are now looking to appoint a summer worker for the Facility Engineering function within the Design & Engineering division.
The Facility Engineering function is responsible for supporting the facility with maintaining documentation and updating design. We are a new team and are setting routines and structures for how to perform the work efficiently.
About the work
As summer worker as Data Management Support your main areas of work will be to support with structuring information and data within the Facility Management division to prepare for operation and management. This includes;
• Following up on the design an quality documentation to control that it is relevant for operation. This is done in the ESS PLM tool CHESS (baes on a Dassault's software ENOVIA).
• Implementing maintenance activities in the ESS EAM tool (from Infor EAM).
• Administrate collected maintenance data in the system and creating routines for how to do this.
• Working with design documents/drawings.
You are responsible for gathering and structuring information, and present this for ESS contact person before it is implemented in the systems. You work independently on defined tasks. The work requires you to work and navigate in ESS' systems as well as work with preparing maintenance activities which requires you to work closely with FM maintenance staff to define what is needed and align the outcome.
About you
To be succesful in this position we believe that you have the following background:
• Student within Engineering or similar
• Basic knowledge about processes related to design/construction
• Knowledge in Building Information Management is a plus
• Good written and oral communication skills in English

Duration & Location
The position is a summer work position, of 2 months..
Your work place will be situated in Lund, Sweden.
Start date
Planned start date is 12th of June, 2023.
