hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Hapag-Lloyd (sweden) AB i Göteborg Main Duties and responsibilities in the Operations department of Hapag-Lloyd are to support our customers when it comes to inland transportation, equipment handling and port terminal operations. You are working in an international environment with many contacts to both local and global stakeholders and suppliers. You will be acting as a coordinator and will work both independently and in team.
We are now looking for a summer temp within our Operations department in Gothenburg during the period June - August. To succeed in these roles you must like to communicate and interact with others. Both external customers and suppliers, as well as internally with colleagues in the office or other Hapag-Lloyd offices around the world. You must be customer focused and always go the extra mile for the customer, without compromising any internal policies or legal requirements. The role requires that you like to coordinate and administrate your work both in systems and with colleagues around the world.
We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude and appearance. You need to be proactive and plan your work in a structured way. You also need to be flexible in your approach, and you need to be solution oriented. To succeed you must be able to make decisions quickly, and still keep your eye on the details. You also need to have a cost consciousness in regards to which decisions you make.
You do not have to have previous education or experience from shipping operations, but it is seen as an advantage.
You need to have good IT skills especially within the Microsoft Office package. You must be fluent in Swedish both orally and in written text. You must also have a good command of spoken and written English.

We are operating several feeder services from/to the Swedish West Coast connecting with our worldwide mainliner services in Hamburg and Bremerhaven. The Gothenburg office also acts as head office for the Area Nordic which covers the markets Denmark and Norway besides Sweden.
