Please note: This job advertisement concerns 2 different positions within the Finance department. Please apply only if you have the relevant background.
You need to be available between weeks 24-31 for these positions.
Main Tasks
Handle incoming vendor invoices and secure correct accounting, quality and compliance with tax legislations
Working in SAP to follow up and check vendor accounts, check payment reminders and support internal SCA colleagues as well as suppliers in invoice related matters
Handle incoming payments and follow up customer accounts in SAP and give support to internal and external customers
Handle outgoing payments and file based bank transaction in SAP and online banking
Key Competencies
Education level: University, preferably Business Administration or Finance
Please state what courses you have taken and potential projects you have done
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
Personal Characteristics
An interest in the field of Accounting is required for the positions that includes working with SAP
Service minded
Also let us know what your favorite subjects in school are and/or what your ambitions are in the future.
Furthermore, to succeed in our jobs, we believe that you have good interpersonal skills, a strong willingness to learn and do your best as well as having a positive attitude. You need to be at least 20 years old before you start.
