Responsibilities
• Supporting the international Employer Branding team with special focus on Sweden
• Administration and inserting employer branding data into Excel and other Systems
• Co-ordinating and aligning employer branding and recruitment Topics
• Sourcing for new social media channels
• Managing and updating E.ONs employer branding social media communities
• Preparing HR marketing communication and concepts for our fairs, campus marketing activities and other career Events
• Brainstorming and initializing new employer branding initiatives
• Supporting and engaging in international employer branding and recruitment Projects
Qualifications
You will be working in our international employer branding team and your working languages will be English and Swedish. We are looking for a student or graduate with,
• Relevant university degree e.g. Human Resources, Marketing
• An understanding of HR topics (e.g. recruitment) and a willingness to transfer these into HR marketing Terms
• General experience and understanding of the student community and organizations like ?kåren?
• Verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Additional European languages are an Advantage
• Willingness to travel
To fit into the team you would ideally be a creative and innovative thinker with the ability to proactively approach opportunities and issues, as well as to generate ideas that inspire new directions and exciting outcomes. You are also striving to work in an international team. Previous experiences working in an international environment would therefore be beneficial for this role.
