Are you our new SuccessFactors Architect /IT Product Owner for SuccessFactors? We are strengthening our IT & Digital team within People, Legal & Sustainability, aiming to build the best solutions and user experience for our people within Mölnlycke and the healthcare industry.
We will empower this digital product team to make tangible changes to the existing business. To achieve this, we need to bring in a talented tech expert, at Mölnlycke SuccessFactor Architect or as we call it Senior Process Application Specialist.

About the job:
By taking on this role you will be the expert in our Core People system SuccessFactors. It's the main tool for People processes, for Mölnlycke People team and that is also reflected in our technology journey. We are ready for a person who wants to grow and develop this area for improved tech-utilization and hands-on configurations. You will be the IT product owner of the core application SuccessFactors and be incorporating company strategy in this, while helping to create, maintain, and improve our mobile and web so that we can execute on our growth levers. This is done in cooperation with business, external partners and the role will be responsible for the orchestration with SuccessFactors partners.

Here are some of the key accountabilities for the role;
Responsibility to drive, collaborate and support delivery team's overall mission.
Technically ownership and responsibility for SuccessFactors lifecycle journey .
Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholders to clarify needs & solutions.
Deliver quality configuration & development work relating to IT-systems in scope and coordination with external partners.
This includes solution estimation, planning, configuration & development work, documentation, testing, release management or other tasks reporting on progress.
Drives implementation of the global IT & digital strategy including digital vision & mission.
Actively manages relevant backlog and iterations from a SCRUM perspective.
Participate in user identity and integration dialogues from the master data perspective (SuccessFactors)
Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant areas including business processes, technologies, applications and relevant data.

What you will need:
University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/HR.
Minimum 5 year's work experience in IT-solution development and configurations.
Experience in agile development and DevOps methods including end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
SuccessFactors module certified EC, more is preferable
A system thinker who can build solutions that work as part of a larger ecosystem of tools.
Demonstrated business acumen to gain understanding of customers' business processes and needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
Coordinator for external partner support team & activities.
In English strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
Ability to develop and present innovative ideas, concepts, approaches, and solutions.
