hela Sverige Voith Turbo Safeset is looking for a Structural Calculations Engineer.
Voith Turbo Safeset AB in Hudiksvall, Sweden, a part of Voith Turbo Coupling Technologies, develops and manufactures torque limiting and connecting shaft couplings. We are now looking for a Structural Calculations Engineer to our engineering department.
In this role your responsibility is to develop methods for strength and capacity calculations for our products and to perform them during development and design phase. You are also responsible for type approvals from third party certification bodies as well as for development of methods for simulating transient load events in complete drivelines.
Required qualifications:
Minimum Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, specializing in solid mechanics/Finite Element Analysis, or at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Fluent in writing and speaking English
Meriting competences:
Tribology
Extended knowhow in drivelines and torque transmitting couplings
International Welding Engineer (IWE) diploma or experience in welding technology
Languages: Swedish, German
Software: Ansys, Solid Works, AMESim, Matlab
