We are now looking for a Manager in Strategy & Operations to join our growing team. You will lead key strategic analyses and initiatives to improve the end-to-end performance of our business in cooperation with the leadership team.

In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Strategy and Commercial Management for Network Design and Optimization.

Network Design and Optimization is a strategic and innovative business within Ericsson providing customers (CSPs) with AI-native software and services to improve their end-to-end network performance, user experience and return on investment. We are the preferred partner of choice for CSPs worldwide with our leading portfolio, global skill and scale with 7 000 professionals serving over 100 customers worldwide.
What you will do
Lead strategic assessments related to strategy and operational excellence
Engage with executives and peers across all levels to gather insights and secure execution
Transform insights into practical recommendations and execution plans
Present insights and recommendations in an executive format to the leadership team
Manage execution of high priority initiatives
Be part of a wider team of highly talented peers with various backgrounds from consulting, banking, and telecom industry
You will bring
Minimum B.Sc. in engineering, business/management or equivalent. More advanced degree (M.Sc. or MBA) is an advantage
Around 4-6 years of demonstrated professional experience e.g. management consulting or other corporate strategy roles
Project management experience from leading projects or workstreams. Operational excellence project experience is a merit
High integrity and ability to encourage and influence people and motivate change
A goal-oriented personality with focus on results and outcomes
Analytical skills and good comfort with numbers
Ability to build and articulate compelling stories and decision material
A personality that is flexible and open to change, able to handle complexity and ambiguity
