We are Product Test, a part of Vehicle Software Factory
We test GTT's complete software deliveries and understand the full product, hardware and software.
We will continue to grow in capacity and responsibility in the coming years!
Electrification and CO2 challenges are keeping us busy, just like the need for improved effectiveness and efficiency in our software release flow. As part of GTTs Vehicle Software Factory, we are working globally with all sites and with our colleagues in the other engineering departments.
We are located in two sites: Bangalore and Gothenburg and we proudly take ownership of our software integration and testing responsibilities.
Your future role?
We are looking for a leader who can help us to drive the software verification strategy for the complete Software delivery of Vehicle Technology.
Software Development relies heavily on effective and efficient testing procedures and capabilities. We want to improve this as part of Vehicle Technologies CI/ CD pipeline. We want you to help to secure right balance between capabilities for SIL (Software in the Loop), HIL (Hardware in the Loop) and vehicle testing for all truck product classes.
You will heavily support your colleagues in Vehicle Software Factory, as well as in other value streams of Vehicle Technology. We need you to play an active role in developing our Global Technology Area and shape our common vision of Product Test.

Requirements:
University/Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechatronics or Software Engineering
Proven track record of software testing, preferably in both, hands-on and strategic positions
Experience within the area of testing complete system deliveries
Leadership experience from line or project management
Experience in agile ways of working
Additionally, we highly value experience in software integration!
