Are you driven by strategic initiatives and want to be a key player in transforming Swedbank Group Cards?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Influence and execute the strategy for Group Cards, driving our transformation efforts.

• Lead initiatives, projects, and programs that bring real change to our business, often collaborating with senior decision-makers.

• Contribute to program plans and business cases, ensuring tangible results for our operations and profitability.

• Support and/or lead the planning and follow-up of Group Cards' development portfolio.

• Support and/or lead activities and analyses related to mergers & acquisitions.

• Conduct follow-ups, efficient management reporting and maintain a structure for our deliveries.

• Take on diverse tasks, from strategic analyses and workshops to report writing.

• Ensure that Group Cards aligns with the broader Swedbank Group.

What is needed in this role:

• Relevant academic background and 3-7+ years of work experience, ideally Management Consulting or equivalent.

• Track record of successfully driving strategic projects and programs.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience with relevant models and frameworks.

• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Swedish and English proficiency.

• MS Office proficiency, primarily PowerPoint and Excel.

• Previous experience in the financial sector and banking is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.

• Collaborative spirit and commitment to team collaboration.
