hela Sverige The Strategy Analyst leads the strategic analysis, including market, customer, competitor and tender intelligence to support the strategy of the Rail Control Solutions (RCS) Division. He / she is in charge of ensuring the business environment is understood and that business decisions are made on solid intelligence.
YOUR TASKS
• Collect analysis of customers, tenders and upcoming opportunities and ensure that these opportunities are being tracked
• Support the development of the company's Strategic Plan by building reports on market activity across segments and geographies
• Conduct benchmarking on competitor's product portfolio and organisation and track their orders and market shares
• Collect Intelligence through post-bid analysis and feedback
• Support the development of the company's pricing policies
• Monitor, support and lead strategic initiatives
• Build business cases, create high quality charts and presentations to Senior Management
• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills, experienced in synthesising and interpreting industrial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail and focus on high-quality results delivered on time.
• Strong relationship skills and experience in interacting on senior management level and in a multicultural environment
• Experience in building business cases
• Advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Salesforce
• English business fluent is mandatory for this role, Swedish and German language knowledge is considered an added plus
