Hardware Sourcing within Ericsson Group Sourcing is responsible for sourcing of hardware products and solutions within Ericsson. We are responsible to manage and secure a world class hardware supplier base enabling our Ericsson Radio System product solutions for 4G and the ongoing transformation into 5G.
We are now recruiting a hardworking and experienced candidate that will join our skilled team of eight sourcing professionals in Gothenburg. The distributed team is consisting of approximately 150 experienced sourcing professionals located in Stockholm, Beijing and Gothenburg.

Job Description:
As a sourcing professional in our organization you will work with:
Supplier Relationship Management; Ericsson representative towards suppliers owning the interface and communication with suppliers.
Strategic Sourcing Management; commercial responsible for a subset of the sourced component portfolio.
Category Management; owning and driving sourcing strategies across wide commodities within the company.
You will be representing Ericsson towards international world leading companies.
Commercial negotiations, supplier base evaluations, supplier interaction, product development involvement and evaluating technical solutions are examples of vital activities.
Business intelligence, financial and category analysis is important tools in the daily operations to understand the future market trends.
Traveling is required, domestic and abroad.

General requirements:
University degree in Engineering with management focus, or equivalent in Economics with technical knowledge or interest.
Additional competences:
We believe the successful candidate has a genuine interest in technical sourcing and bring experiences from working in a strategic role in a big company.
We value good interpersonal skills and the ability to build networks. In addition to this we believe you enjoy creating results together with others as well as by yourself. You possess analytical skills, a strategic approach and a readiness to take ownership.
The job involves international contacts so you must be fluent in English.
