As a Strategic Sales Executive you will be leading Tieto's strategic sales cases, with total contract value of over EUR 20 million. You will be responsible for creating the win sales strategy including the win theme, value proposition and executive summary, and leading 2-3 large cases per year. You will be working closely with the Lead Service Architects in the team in order to agree on the winning strategy and come up with the most cost effective solution to meet the client's requirements.

You are an ideal candidate for this role if you have significant experience in conducting large deals with a total contract value of over EUR 20 million, but preferably much larger (over EUR 50 million), either in applications or infrastructure. Exposure to both industries would be preferable. We particularly value experience in the IT Industry and within the large local or global players.
You are experienced in working in a complex matrix organization, including virtual and multinational teams and are able to negotiate and build networks internally and externally with your clients. Your ability to work in different interfaces in a global customer environment is vital. You have a strong communication and interaction skills and have a track record of driving change.
Global experience is highly valued. As the preferred location of the position would be Stockholm or Helsinki, regular travelling and the ability to commit to case-specific work for fixed time periods are essential. English language skills are required, Finnish or Swedish would also be welcomed.

You have strong communication and teamwork skills, which enable you to collaborate with peers, line management, clients and suppliers/partners to deliver both business objectives as well as bid objectives. You are client-focused, and able to seek ways to add value and benefits for the client's business. You are able to build an extensive network and you have a strong leader mentality.
You are also able to create concrete, working structures for new activities. You can operate in an incomplete environment and can adapt to changes easily.
