The core business for FAS has always been to offer hardware like computers, but during our expansion over the years it has become more of hardware + service that increase our expansion. The 5 years warranty is one of the most important services, it give our products a trust in the market when customer know they will have full support and service for 5 years.
To run the FAS Tech AB's business in Sweden/Europe the production in China is crucial. FAS need to control Chinese suppliers who are:
1) Designing products exact according to our Swedish idea and request
2) Upgrading products exactly with our Swedish idea and request
3) Purchasing and producing all parts from other Chinese suppliers exactly to FAS "standards"
4) Assembly and testing all computers exactly as FAS standard
For the feature expansion of FAS Tech AB we need to hire people for Swedish office that can:
1) Help us to get better and more communication between China and Sweden.
2) Helping us to express our, products design and upgrading idea, FAS products Standers to Chinese supplier and let them understand better and exact what we request.
3) Helping us to express our business conception to Chinese Suppliers to help them do more and better in their job in order to help us implement our business concept
4) Will help us in Sweden office to deal with and analyze all of the products problem we are having here, then bring the information to Chinese Suppler to find the solution to each problem, as well as working out a solution about how to improve our products to reduce the products error rate
5) Will involve in working with our customers, listen to what they need, and see how to upgrade our products according to the customer's need and request
6) Traveling to China to meet our Chinese suppler to help them improve the products quality to make sure they always understand FAS Swedish Business concept and products standards
7) Manage FAS Sweden Logistic in order to control and reduce the transportation cost
Request on applicant:
1) Can live and Stay in Sweden
2) Can speak fluent English and Chinese. Swedish also or willing to learn it
3) Can travel to China to meet with our Chinese supplier. 4-5 times / year
4) Agree with our business concept, and can use it business to guide his/her job
5) More than 6 years of working experience in industrial computer, especially at how to manage suppliers efficiency, has the knowledge of both computer components suppler chain, and metal industrial suppler chain
6) Have the ability of dealing with problems we will encounter on our products, can manage and handle our Chinese suppliers to work out the resolution accordingly
7) Have the ability of dealing with our customized projection, can use our Chinese suppler sourcing to work out the solution for the projection
8) Capable of managing and developing more relative suppliers in our business industrial from China to enhance our ability of dealing with after-services issue, upgrading our products, manage customized projection
9) With good sense on the material cost of our products, can control our products cost in China from Sweden
